New place Indian restaurant in lake Oswego so we visited. Food was very good, we had chicken tikka and mix grill as starters which was delicious. Main course curry for goat and chicken also were done well. Will recommend the chicken briyani. Ambience is same as the previous restaurant which I thought they could hv changed. Rest all was good.

I had the Punjabi Goat Masala for lunch. It was excellent. Very flavorful. I could see the whole spices they put in (cinnamon, curry leaf, etc). initially I thought the restaurant was not open, but noticed a small Open sign. Apparently, they are waiting for the sign to be put up. I highly recommend.

This was my first visit, and I ordered takeout. The food was absolutely delicious full of flavor. The naan was perfectly made and so tasty. I truly enjoyed everything and will definitely be recommending this spot. You won’t regret giving it a try!

We found this awesome restaurant when searching for Indian food near Tigard. It is harder to find because there is no signage out front, but well worth it. Don’t be thrown off by the strip mall… the inside is clean and bright and welcoming. As for the food: My 14-year-old daughter loved the vindaloo. Warning though it is spicy and she loved that about it. The madras level 2 spice was so tasty and flavorful that everyone wanted more. The service was attentive but not invasive. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Took myself on a solo lunch date, the food here is so good! I like that there was enough space and tables for people to spread out too, it is nice to have some distance between groups. I had the malai kofta (I order this dish anytime I have Indian/Pakistani food), veggie pakora, and garlic nan. Malai kofta: Comes with 3 large balls, made w/ mixed veggie and paneer. This dish is one of those that varies place to place - there were caramelized onions in the sauce of this one! It was a new way for me to have this. You really taste the herbs and spices (including all spice and clove, yummy!), it is creamy and full of flavor. I love cashew used in savory dishes, which is why this is one of my all time favorites. Other times I've had this dish, there seems to be two main styles: one that's a bit more yellow in color and has a swirl of yogurt on top, and one that's more reddish orange in color. This is more like the first type. Veggie pakora: Probably some of the best I've ever had! The serving size is large and the pakora are delightfully crispy. Heavy on the onions, but still have some fluffy mixed veggie center with familiar bright yellow color. I'm always a fan of the tamarind and mint/cilantro sauce that comes with these. Nan: I was really happy it came with fresh real garlic (and plenty of it)! A lot of places just use garlic powder and cilantro, it is so much better with actual garlic. A little on the thin side, but still chewy and pillowy in spots. Definitely would rank it above average! My waiter handled multiple groups with ease and was kind and attentive.

The best indian food in Sherwood-Tigard -tualatin-Lake Oswego area. Their Tandoori and sweet Lassi is too good.

Just tried this place for the first time. Very, very good! We tried 5 different dishes and the buttered naan bread. Each dish had wonderful flavors and very obviously crafted with care and love. DE-LISH!!! Perfect heat- well seasoned. (Not too salty) So yummy. The young man that was working solo was very nice and helpful and did a great job. Thank you! We can't wait to go back!

Discovering Zaiqa Indian Cuisine in Lake Oswego feels like uncovering a well-kept secret. Nestled discreetly at 15158 Bangy Rd, this spot may lack prominent signage, but its vibrant and welcoming interior quickly dispels any doubts about its charm. The clean, bright atmosphere creates a calm and inviting space to savor classic Indian flavors with a modern touch.

The true highlight of Zaiqa lies in its authentic and thoughtfully crafted dishes. From the first bite, the depth of spice layering becomes clear—dishes like the Punjabi Goat Masala showcase whole spices such as cinnamon and curry leaf that infuse richness and complexity. Starters like chicken tikka and mixed grill deliver vibrant, tender flavors, setting the tone for an exceptional meal.

The main courses consistently impress with balance and boldness. The vindaloo, loved even by younger diners for its fiery yet flavorful punch, and the Madras curry, with its nuanced heat, leave a lasting impression. A standout recommendation is the chicken biryani—aromatic, perfectly cooked, and deeply satisfying.

Vegetarian options hold their own here as well. The malai kofta is a masterful blend of mixed vegetables and paneer, enriched with caramelized onions and fragrant spices like allspice and clove, offering a creamy texture that is both comforting and elegant. The crispy veggie pakoras, generously sized and paired with tangy tamarind and fresh herb sauces, provide a delightful crunch and burst of flavor. Even the garlic naan stands out, toasted with real garlic, lending authentic aroma and taste that elevates every bite.

Service at Zaiqa is attentive yet unobtrusive, allowing diners to relax and enjoy their experience. While the lack of external signage means you might stumble upon it unexpectedly, rest assured that the culinary journey within is well worth the discovery. Whether visiting for a quiet lunch or a flavorful dinner, Zaiqa Indian Cuisine offers a genuine embrace of Indian culinary tradition—with every dish crafted to deliver rich, vibrant taste and memorable satisfaction.
